This is the worst of the worst!!!! Paid my visit 200 Paid my Esophagogastroduodenscopy bill in full 1,700... 1 month later my results are in and I'm forced to PAY 150.00 for my results !!!!!

Totally agree with Gloria Estrada and Margaret More. Dr Chung barely spends time with you, tells you nothing and evidently is a germifobe! Took my friend Linda R. in for an EGD...we were there over four hours. My friend was ready to jump off the table a couple of times and leave because she was so unhappy with the procedure! She will have to wait 1 1/2 mo to find out the results! How ridiculous! How does he stay in busuness? He needs to see fewer patients each day, spend more time with each one, and actually talk to each one with eye contact and actual helpful information about their condition or procedure!

The staff of this clinic its worst than a joke. I book a appointment with them and my experience was not well worth the $150.00 charge thankfully I found other clinic with a more professional attitude and commitment with the patients. Avoid going to that clinic don't waste your precious time, money and avoid to be disrespect by this unprofessional staff. If you have insurance don't waste your chance to use it or give your Business to this so call clinic. Giving one star is a huge plus they really don't deserve S#!T.......

I had the most positive experience with Dr. Benjamin Chung MD and his entire staff. I'm 50 years old and had my first colostomy on January 19, 2017. Even the water mixture wasn't too bad just tasted funny. I started the medication at 5:00 p.m. and it took 2 hours for it to work but not a bad deal my appointment was at 7:00 a.m. the next day. Preparation took 2 hours I was the second patient in line. Surgery took under an hour I think every one especially Denise and Gina took really great care of me. Just can't thank the entire staff very professional and although I would want to back too soon unless needed I had a wonderful experience. Thank you all very much I enjoyed putting myself in your care. M.J.
