If i could give zero stars, i would. Our fridge hasn’t been working for almost a week. I put in a work order in the office itself, and was told to expect the maintenance personnel soon, but still haven’t. We have been calling every single day, asking for someone to come fix our fridge, but all the office ever says is they’ll send the maintenance personnel to our apartment soon, and they never come. Our food has gone bad in the fridge and we now have so much food and money wasted because of this. The mailboxes were stolen into earlier this month (twice now) and they still haven’t fixed it. When asked when they’ll fix it, all they respond with is “soon”. It takes forever to get any maintenance work done. The management changes every few months and their records are messy. Will definitely not be renewing our lease when it ends. Do yourselves a favor and rent an apartment somewhere else.

Jazmon and Leslie in the leasing office are the best , they keep me in constant communication before my move in . If you are looking for a quiet , dog friendly apartment this is the right place .

I haven't even moved in yet and I'm already experiencing bad service. The lack of communication and transparency is evident. Before I made a down payment and paid any of my fees I made it clear that I wanted apartment with the step and wood floors throughout the apartment and if they do not have that I would be looking somewhere else. jazmon (leasing manager) assured me that they would have that available. However, after I paid all my fees and now a few days before my move in, I'm just now notified thay the apartment I will be moved in to, does not have nothing I asked for...smh, and all I got in return was "I'm sorry I for got to tell you" ...but she sure didn't forget to tell me to pay my risk fee, which isn't refundable...smh. already off to a bad start..smh

There ghetto , bullet holes in the building , raggedy apartments , office staff is horrible , maintenance doesn't fix anything, mail boxes get broken into almost every week , wouldn't recommend

Pretty quiet neighborhood. Everyone stays to themselves. And its a couple blocks away from grocery storea. Although around the corner there is dollar family and a corner store i enjoy going to and a gas station in a triangle.
