The unit was not an upgraded unit like we were led to believe. The floor in the common bathroom had to be replaced because it had rotted. The vanity was supposed to have been replaced, because it too was rotten, it never was. You can feel holes in the floor under the carpet in all of the rooms. The trash is ridiculous all over the complex. There were mice so bad that a cat had to be obtained, also if there is a snake problem you are on your own (we lived on the 2nd floor and had to deal with a snake). The management team is good if you have a problem with your rent they try to help.

Hello, I am satisfied with the staff, The issue that is bothering me is the roaches and the mice it is out of control, the pest control can not control them and something needs to be done about it, and recently the charges has gone up and keep going up, please take these things into consideration, I thank you and ladera plams team for hearing or concerns and feedback, Frank.

I went in at 9:30 am. They maintenance man was there in less than an half hour. He also fixed my stove. Great job

First off... ROACHES They infest everywhere! Pest guy comes, but it does no good. They live in the walls and faucet areas. The security is a joke to be honest. For the recent hike in rent this past renewal; they sure haven't added numbers to that division. Car alarms are off every night. The trash service is unforgiveable. They skip days and wont make up for it. Leaving you hauling your own trash but paying them an involuntary fee for a temp service not to do their job. If you have to work around 7-4. Have fun driving cause this place will be swarmed with kids carelessly running i front of you. So a good brake job would be a wise investment. But hey they rent aint the bad
