Omg I submitted my deposit on 4/27/22 & picked it back up 6/14/22 after calling every other day no answer or India telling me she is passing the message on but can’t mk them call me back. I made several trips to the office only for them to not put the open sign up till after 9am or tiesha promising to gv me a return call (that lady never called me in over 30 days of lying saying she would) & all I was asking was am I approved this place is disgusting poorly ran & needs new office personnel period. needless to say after seeing the post about shootings, tick infestation & no ac in several units on top of the unprofessional staff I’m glad I didn’t bring my family to stallion pointe

Was told by the lazy people in office that the apartment was clean and ready for inspection. it were all lies! They don't get off their hump to go behind the cleaning company to make sure. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person. Very unprofessional

This is a decent place to live. The office staff is all ways professional. They have alot of activity for the children. And resources for the adults. There has been a couple weapon discharges since I have lived here but the office is always putting flyers out and making residents aware. And they always take the correct safety precautions. Work orders get handled in a timely time frame. Overall I enjoy living here neighbors are quite and everyone stays to their self.Which I do not mind at all because I am the same way. Would recommend this place to others.

These apartments are frauds. I have had problems with these unprofessional individuals. Making up charges for a move out of over 2,000 dollars of a nasty apartment that was given to me in the first place. I had to find out from collection agency. They did not even notify me of any thing before sending information to collections. I have pictures of that apartment and it was left clean.
