Yolanda is passive aggressive and uses her power to milk money out of people. I don’t suggest living here as the maintenance man is a creep… Yolanda will charge you thousands of dollars to make “repairs” on the dwelling post move in… and over all this place is unprofessional. I highly suggest they get new management.

This property is amazing . The property manager was so helpful very nice smooth transaction. I love the fact the the property is kind of hidden . It’s also very quiet laid back place to live . If you looking for a great place to live don’t wait contact Yolanda Zamora the property manager.

First of all I had never planned on moving but the apartment building I lived in previously burned so I had no choice. I found these Townhomes online and decided to view. I explained to Yolanda “the Manager” over the phone before viewing my situation and from the first conversation she was so nice that I decided to cancel an appointment with another Townhome in order to view Hulen Park Place. Upon arrival I was very pleased on how clean the property is kept. The inside of the apartments have all the amenities I love dishwasher, microwave, fireplace, the faucet and kitchen have a beautiful design with hardwood floors downstairs and carpet upstairs. The pool has a gazebo and grill for grilling out. Can’t wait for summer cause it’s been closed because of COVID 19. I Love living here and Yolanda has even been helpful on giving me suggestions on where to go to help me replenish and furniture seeing we started over because of the fire at previous apartment. Glad to call Hulen Park Place home. I would highly recommend living here and oh yeah it is conveniently close to lots of restaurants, shopping and malls.

Ms. Erma the apartment manager is awesome!!!!!! She answers all my questions I have and doesn’t make me feel silly about questioning. She go out of her way for you if you need anything by far one of the better managers of where I’ve stayed in the past. The townhome I’m in is very modern (mine is) and I see where they are working like busy bees remodeling empty ones (not to many left) and painting the parking lot stripes. Everyday I see them improving it. I can’t finally start decorating my home I never ever wanted to get comfortable in any other place I’ve lived.
