They never answer the phones, they send you a WELCOME LETTER and its just a scam to get your security deposit. The manager will call and say that your leasing agent is no longer with their company, and that your unit cannot be held (after you paid to hold it) promise to call you back and doesn't. My leasing info was done in MAY and I move 8/29-I have no communication with the leasing office and they have my money but wont answer the phone. Please look elsewhere. I'm relocating and feel helpless with trying to contact them. I also reached out to corporate and that was a dead end as well. I should have went with my first mind and not have sent my money. -DO NOT LEASE WITH THIS COMPANY.

Don't waste your time. The bugs and rodents omg.... The office never answers phones, the management and workers always lock doors and have residents litteraly in the heat knocking on doors and are the rudest people ever to deal with.. the property is always trashed, police constantly on property, break ins, gunshots, and if you value water.... best not move here.. the water is always turned off or never any hot water .. maintenance never fulfills orders .. this is ridiculous.. now the property has been deemed unsafe for the postal carrier, you have to pick up your mail from the post office in downtown fort worth. so everyone waiting for keys will never get them..as the postal office refuses to deliver mail to this complex.... the list goes on and on... same your money.. the worst experience I have ever dealt with..

Also 3 months and still no mail box key .. they keep giving me the run around about my mail.. office staff real unprofessional..I wasn't giving the apt showed to me wen I apply and it has cockroaches i... i like upgrades in the apt but its not fully upgraded..but it doesn't have a dining room and room is small.. i was expecting a 2 bedroom and got a one bedroom.. I still have a shower rod it been also 1 1/2 weeks or mail box key
