Speaking just from moving in, my experience was not the best at all. Firstly, I was told the admin fee was $150 with a $50 application fee and when I applied I was charged $250 for the admin fee. The leasing office never communicated to me without me calling about updates of my application and I called often sometimes daily on updates on what I needed and it ended up taking a week and a half for me to finally move in and that was a couple days AFTER my scheduled move in date. They were never in the office like they were supposed to be even when they specifically told me they would be, and/or rarely answered or returned my calls even if I left a voicemail with my name, reason, and phone number. One of the ladies tried to insinuate and laugh as she thought it was my first apartment because I was NEVER informed about something I needed prior to my move in date and when I showed up she then told me what I had to do to get my keys. She also had an extra charge I was never told about that they were keeping on my bill for move in. I would have understood if I was told in advance, but again no communication was passed to me. She came off very rude and Insulting and I will not be going to her for help EVER. Overall the apartments are very nice and I’m happy to have a place to live, but the treatment to me as a new resident on day 1 was not welcoming. Keke and the lady at the front desk are very nice and I hope I can go through them in the future instead.

I have been touring apartments in the area for about a month now, and I came across Summers Landing. I am touring for my mother who will need a place in the coming months. The young lady who helped me, Keri, was very accommodating and most importantly, patient. Many other communities were not patient with my slow mother. I am narrowing down options, but Keri has pretty much sold us on Summers Landing!

I’ve lived at Summers Landing for 20 years. Jackie, the manager did an awesome job of helping me get transferred to a downstairs apartment in my favorite area of the complex. I had several minor things that needed repairs when I moved in. Carlos has been quick to respond to all my maintenance requests. He always comes the same day I submit the request & has done an awesome job of doing the minor repairs. And he was willing to walk through my mazes of boxes to get to everything since I haven’t unpacked yet. Thank you Jackie & Carlos for helping me get into my dream apartment. And thank you Miguel for getting my apartment ready for move in. I love my new apartment.
