Don't do it. This has been a really bad experience. I spoke to the management and they advised of the hot running water situation, and that was frustrating. If you like hot water, and hot baths, don't move into the Tides on Randol West. The water is lukewarm, and its horrible. Calling code enforcement to assist was a joke. A code enforcement agent came to my apartment and took the temp of the water, and it was around 110 degrees but he had me run the water for moment before he got here. I have always had hot water, so its a annoying to not be able to run hot water to do dishes , clean ect. I have roaches, which they are spraying for but how do you clean without hot water, real hot water. If you are looking for an apartment with hot running water, nice hot running water. This is not the apartment you should be in. In my all life of renting I never thought I would have to ask a community if they had hot running water but going forward I will have to ask , does this apartment come with hot running water. Roaches I can deal with, I can go to the store and get spray ect. But when you have to run the water for a while to get decent hot water, its just irritating and its wasting water.

Had application fee transferred from Tides On 5400 and because they took too long to respond, I got approved for a different complex. Now I'm out the application fee and Luis said I have to go to the office to get a refund. Mind you, I am currently in California and not moving until May 6th. Do not move here. These people are a joke!

WARNING DO NOT MOVE HERE! These apartments are infested with American cockroaches and the office does nothing to treat this issue. I also seen a few possums at night which goes to show how unsanitary the environment in the complex is.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I moved into apartment 1303 and had to do a emergency move out the next day due to the cockroach infestation of my unit. During my move in process I saw dozens of cockroach in which I reported to my office. They admitted to not doing a clean out of the unit prior to my move in or spraying for pest. I had to be let out my lease within 24 hours because of the condition of the apartment. I was told my money for rent and deposit would be sent back in 30 days. It’s been past 30 days and still no refund was sent I was informed it hadn’t even been mailed out and it was still processing. The office has refused to give me the number to there cooperate or the regional manager number. Every time I have called I’m being told the run around without getting any real answers of the status of my check I’m also being placed on hold for a extremely long amount of time and then hung up once I call back no one answers. I was also told it could take another 30 days again which would be 60 days from my move out. I highly suggest you to not move into these roach infested apartments this has been one of my worst move in experiences I have ever encountered.
