I've lived here for 3 years and moved from one end to the other. Roach infestation in both apartments. I've had a pipe in my bathroom that you can clearly hear leaking when dishwasher is on. I've had vehicles that were registered got towed. And to top it all off I get an eviction notice to be out by 7/22/22 and notice deliver on 19th by new management. I've never not paid my rent. I'm contacting the BBB. Bathtub laminate is peeling and flaking. Trash outside constantly overflowing. No security

This is really a sad apartment complex they have changed management every 6 months for the past eight years people have just moved in and they already changing the parking there now trying to charge your visitors $10 a day to parkThey keep raising rent onThey keep raising rent on low-incomeBody really needs to look into this apartment complex because for some they keep changing policies and contracts something smells fishy and its all at the tenants expense

One star is still too high of a rating. The first time we arrived at the complex, we had issues. We arrived before closing and were refused help. We called and called and received no answer. We then finally reached out, we got a tour of the …Hi, Reynaldo. First and foremost, we want to apologize for anything the temporary worker told you. Discrimination is something we are fervently against and has no place in our community. We have had ongoing issues with this temporary worker, from them hacking our email to spreading lies to potential residents. We appreciate you speaking with us and hearing us out directly.
