I don't live here, but I've toured this property with McKinsey and she is so awesome and helpful! A staff like this makes anyone feels so welcomed, and can make all the difference in making a decision. Property looks beautiful as well, it just wasn't the right time for us.

Mercantile River District has been my home for over a year now. (formerly Elan) This transition to new staff and upgraded equipment has been handled very well. This is due to the AMAZING employees we have servicing the residents needs. When I call or step into the office I am immediately graced with high-quality experience and EFFORT! While it is hard to call one particular individual out, one employee has gone above and beyond for me (her personality tells me I’m not the only one). If Cortland has a 1% chance to get things done, she will TRY! This is simply her bubbly, go getter attitude. I am very appreciative that she has been my point of contact for this company and my HOME! I renewed my lease due to her excitement and willingness to help. I FEEL like I am in the best hands with her around, along with the other staff members, and that is something that simply can’t be purchased monthly. Amazing, amazing team. Special thank you to Cortland, again!

We moved here from Downtown Dallas, and have to say we are glad we cam back to Fort Worth and found this gem. McKenzie accommodated everything we were looking for. A carport close to our apartment building, a big storage and a two bed two bath with extra space. WE are incredible happy that McKenzie came into our lives and the management here is very lucky to have her. Her transparency, positivity and outgoing personality is what actually made us cancel our other apartment appointments and just sign our lease here and MOVE A MONTH early from our other place. We were just ready to get out and McKenzie came to us at the perfect time and wow. SHe's heaven-sent and I will always go to her for anything (and Courtlan too!) They're both the sweetest and have can-do attitude that many leasing agents we've met lose over time a=or lack. Thank you McKenzie and Courtlan. We appreciate you and thanks for making MRD our new home!

My boyfriend and I moved in 2 weeks ago, and already, it has been one of the best decisions we've made! Moving to Texas was a really exciting chapter for us, and moving to Mercantile made it even more exciting. Living here feels so much more homey compared to our previous apartment because the vibes here have been nothing but positive, the residents we've met so far are all soooo kind, and the awesome staff. We had an amazing experience working with Mackenzie on this move (she played a HUGE part in why we chose Mercantile over other apartments). I honestly cannot express enough how grateful we are for her. Energy is really important to us and we all instantly clicked upon our first phone call/virtual tour. She's passionate about what she does and she won't upsell you whatsoever. She cares about your needs/wants above anything else and it really shows when you meet/tour with her. If Mercantile is on your list of apartments to look at, definitely ask for Mackenzie. She will hands down take care of you :)
