DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT LIVE HERE. I lived here 3 years ago and when I moved out I paid in full. I didn't hear from them for 3 years and all of a sudden I had a collection on my credit report from rent recovery solutions. For 3 years they contacted me 0 times about a balance when they had my phone #, email, etc. The additional charge was for a cleaning fee. When I moved into the apartment it was so dirty I had to mop the floors 10x. Before I moved out I did a thorough cleaning, it was cleaner than how I received the apartment. I only had to mop 1x. I have all the emails as support for those who needs proof. In conclusion, this is a very unethical company and if you don't want to risk your credit score being damage then live somewhere else.

The garbage collection service is terrible, this garbage has been there since Sunday and nobody has picked it up and today is Wednesday. I have lived here for a month and if they have picked up the garbage three times it has been a lot. The office staff is incompetent. Do not move here!!!!!
