We have lived at the Marquis at Stonegate since October 2020. The location has been perfect for us - direct access to the trail and just a couple blocks from Trader Joe’s and various restaurants. Very dog friendly!

Thank you for your question. We are a pet-friendly community and welcome cats and dogs! However, some dog breeds are restricted in addition to exotic pets. A maximum of up to two pets are allowed per residence. A non-refundable $500 pet fee is required for one pet, and a non-refundable $600 pet fee is required for two pets.
