Secondly I am so happy to have built a good bond with Doctor Roberto Fogel your an amazing doctor he show kindness, professionalism he educates his public regarding current health issues and goes out of his way to get you back in the right direction one needs to be health wise. Am soo happy you join Eisenman & Eisenman. I have been a client for way over 14 years you guys practically have safe my life. I highly recommend this place if your new or old client also be patient for it’s a doctors office they do get busy but I promise you won’t be disappointed make sure to address your concerns and problems diplomatically for great results. This 2- star is for the billing department! I had a procedure done and I am giving Dr Cathia and her staff 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.Date of service 03/08/21. I am not happy with the billing department and their policy. They are aware that I had two active insurance policy and I have been working with them to get paid from Aetna and Florida Blue. Aetna paid all balances then withdraw the payment when they saw that I had Florida Blue! ! As of today they have been paid most of the payment, but they sent me to collections for $168.04, when they are aware that my EOB stated it was not my responsibility. It’s the insurance company’s responsibility. But Aetna says Florida Blue is my primary and Florida Blue is saying I was below the age when I did the procedure so that’s another story for FL Dept. of Financial services. I tried to make an appointment and was told that I cannot because I have a balance. I am disappointed with their policy there should be work around for situations when it’s not the patient that owe. Especially when the patient has been working tirelessly to get them paid since it was brought to my attention. Disappointed!

everyone here is so kind. it was the first time i've been under anesthesia, and i was really nervous, but everyone that i talked to was very reassuring. things didn't take very long and i felt very safe the entire time :)
