Kara was extremely rude when we arrived. On the phone I called and told her the weather was terrible and we were running late then CLEARLY asked if we should still come? She said “Yea get here safely” talk about Dr. Heckle and Mr. Hyde this chick said the session was almost over and the other chick said we can’t give you the full experience, we didn’t want to turn around. Keep in mind that we arrived literally 7min after the phone call. I want a FULL refund and I will definitely put this recorded unprofessional experience on my son’s YouTube for sure!

What a WONDERFUL surprise! The staff was superbly kind and they have everything set up to easily begin your salt journey. I was a first timer, so I filled out a quick one page orientation paper, was shown the bathroom and a locker to begin. Super easy! As I relaxed in their very clean spa on a very comfortable leather lounge chair, surrounded by salt I quickly sunk into a relaxing session. Afterwards, I noticed my dermatitis had calmed and my sinuses were very clear. I highly recommend The Salt Suite, Lake Worth

The first time you come a session is 1/2 off the regular price which would make it $17.50. We are packages and memberships available. Hello Robert, Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, we do not have a single room. For the health and safety of all our clients, we do make every effort to make sure that we do not have anyone who is contagious coming in. However, our salt rooms are completely sterile because salt is a natural germ-killer being anti-bactierial and anti-microbial! We do hope that you can come and try it out! Many times we have sessions with very few people, but there are seven chairs so there is always the possibility of having others in the room with you.
