I called about 1 month for them to come to my townhouse and give me a ceiling estimate. But I think they are not interested in the job and not in the clients. They are not professionals and I do not know how they have so many good comments.

Perhaps the person you spoke to did not understand Spanish very well -- or maybe the use of the word ceiling was lost in translation. Garabar is an outstanding local roofer, I'm sure you could request to speak with a bi-lingual team member.
