Very disappointed. After waiting 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment the lady was very rude because I didn’t have a mask. I asked politely if she had an extra one and she continued to be rude. I was no longer comfortable at this facility so I left without getting important blood work my doctor needed. I recommend going to a different facility than Lake Worth.

Came here today for the first time. I’m giving 4stars because how long it took to book an appointment online. Check in was through a tablet on the wall. The seating area was clean. There’s a tv on the wall to show how long you’ll be waiting to get called in. The tv showed 5 mins and the wait time was less than that. The very nice nurse sat me in a room it was pretty clean and nurse very friendly. The nurse did an amazing job drawing blood I barely felt the needle. I was given a cup for a sample and the rest room was clean as well. Once I was done that was it. I’ll definitely be returning for all my future lab needs.

I have never been so disrespected in my life. I walked in at 1pm and they said they couldn't take me, because they simply didn't want to. The Spanish woman with the very dark circles was basically gaslighting me and telling me I was a liar saying I showed up past 130. I've left there in tears. I will be filing something something with the better business bureau for the sheer discrimination. Avoid this location at all cost.

I went to my appointment early in the morning, not crowded. I did my check-in with my phone and I was called right on time. Kadicha was super nice, polite and fast. It was a good experience!!!
