One of the best properties in Fort Worth PERIOD. The ladies in the office are top notch. I had tons of questions that they were more than willing to answer about prices and things to do nearby. There are no shortages of things to do on West 7th… and The Marq is within walking distance from everything. There is a 7-11 right on the corner when you want to walk right out of your apartment and grab a snack…not to mention easy to access restaurants right outside of your door. I plan on moving in in October and the process has been so smooth. Thank you Marq on West 7th!!

I would like to first start off with the fact that I used to work here and I miss working here. I LOVE this place and that truly is an understatement!! The property manager and assistant property manager are still there from when I worked there and it is the reason I live here now. If I can tell you one thing, it's this... I left in 2018 and there are still people living there from when I worked there and they had been residents back when the Marq wasn't the Marq. I read some of these negatives comments and all I have to say in response to that is move to the country. This is the city... things happen and sometimes those things that "happen" are out of the property manager and assistant managers control... like the fire alarms? Seeing the reviews on that is just mind boggling... You are moving into an apartment that is above retail... and restaurant retail at that. I used to run laps in the hallways due to other businesses setting off the entire building. If there is ever immediate attention needed like the alarms, it is addressed and fixed immediately. Customer service is unmatched! Again, I love it here and if you want to know that you're taken care of with top notch office staff as well as an impeccable maintenance crew, garage covered parking so that you can park on the floor you live on, a fob accessed community, elevators so moving in is easy, valet trash, on-site security and awesome amenities that are always clean than look no further because The Marq is your next home.
