From the the first time that I walked into the office the first day I was in despair when I left I had a smile on my face they handle my case as if it was their own Gabe Snyder and his assistant Emily are so professional and caring funny like my family easy to get in touch with answers all my questions even the receptionist is so caring I am glad the outcome of my case is ending but I will surely miss seeing and talking with them!

Absolutely wonderful people. Gabriel helped our family get through a terrible tragedy. His empathy and expertise made the journey much easier and everything happened just as he said it would. He fought for us and I highly recommend Ward Black Law.

We handle these types of cases every day for workers who develop diseases as a result of exposure to asbestos. In order for us to see if we can assist, there are a few more facts we would need to know. Please call or text us as soon as you are able and ask for Laurie. Perjury and false evidence being used to obtain to keep children in foster care facilities. It against the for Child Protective Service to lie in court, so who will represent my children and I

We are sorry to hear about your difficulty with Child Protective Services (CPS). CPS investigations can often be stressful. If CPS starts a petition to remove your children from your custody, you can be appointed an attorney by the court. Prior to that time, you would have to hire your own private counsel. Unfortunately, Ward Black Law does not handle these types of cases but we recommend that you document everything that has taken place so that the attorney you hire will have the evidence necessary to defend you.

I was injured at the Cleve Hopkins airport in 2007 and admitted to a nearby hospital which I ended up with 2 staph infections (one on top of the other). I was placed on cipro, via IV. I have nerve damage. Is this something that I can pursue?

Thanks to Pamela for her kind response. Feel free to call or text us and we can let you know if we can help. There are time limits on filing injury claims. Those time limits vary depending on the type of claim, the location of the treatment and many other factors so to know if it’s too late will depend on your circumstances. We’d be glad to talk with you!
