Probably one of the best companies I have rented from , they genuinely care when I have issues. . The last landlord never addressed any issues we had . So far since marathon has taken over everything has been great!! Truly appreciate all the hard work and time they take to make sure everything is done properly!!!

I am an upcoming new tenant with Marathon. I want to express how polite, easy, fast, and stress free the ladies in the office have made me feel!! I was able to tour the apartment the same day I requested, and 2 days later I signed the lease with my deposit! Moving can be SO stressful and they made all my worries go away. When I met them in person (I spoke with Angie and Patti), they made us feel so welcome!! We also love the office pets. My lease begins on the first, however I can already see they will be wonderful to work with!! And my new apartment is so beautiful, with everything rennovated in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Perfect for my two baby girls!! Im so excited to be with Marathon and thank you so much for making the moving hassle so easy!! ☺️

I have lived at my property for 9 years. No late payment ever until COVID HIT . I’m license cosmology with 3 children. At one point the government shut salons down completely. My income was compromised .I informed Marathon. I went out to get rental assistance to help during times . My youngest school shut down. I drew unemployment to maintain other expenses.February I signed 12 month lease with new increase agreement. Erin Parish emailed back 2 days later said my landlord who I’ve yet to meet to this day had decided to increased the increase even more. Now keep in mind this is after I signed lease. She apologized and said she would have another lease drew up and that my rent wouldn’t exceed a certain amount until landlord sends her new increase. Fast forward months later still no lease but they added 1200 dog fee on my account . I’ve had a small Yorkie since I moved on property. Still have original lease with dog charge . They eventually took it off. June 27th i get call from my lawyer saying that my 3 children and I had until June 30th to move. I was not informed this . I panicked put all my belongings to street . In disbelief stressed. This company really put my children out . One guy told my lawyer when he called to see the issue Explained everyone has kids everyone had problems. We get to court August 3rd was my first day to appear in court.They say I’m not behind they just want their property . They never sent me court notice to vacate bc I’m uneducated in this area I just didn’t know what way to turn. They put eviction on my record and charge me for June July and august rent. Judge dismissed the whole case after finding out I’ve been off the property. Now you’d think if I owe anything judge would of ruled in their favor. Im so hurt my kids and I are still homeless house searching. To this day all they could say negative about me is that I got rental assistance durning the pandemic. They has no remorse once so ever for children nothing. I hope and pray that God no family going through this company has to ever go through such horrible experience.
