This place is a disaster. I was here for an client and found it hard to navigate. There are dogs tird up outside in the heat!😡. Trash or junk across the whole property, and unsupervised children running across the streets.

I lived here for about 15 years and when the time came for me to move i did a the right paperwork to move and they did not gave me the security deposit, they just kept blaming each other on the office saying that they did not found the deposit. Unbelievable how this park will treat you. Be careful!

I do not recomend this place at all. Many problems with water being cut off and road conditions. To top it off, management sucks.

Yes, but I don't recommend buying here. We have issues with the availability of running water and there is an extreme lack of communication from the property management company. Otherwise, it is a decent neighborhood. Lots of families, lots of kids. Generally quiet, with the exception of a few homes that host parties frequently.
It's mostly owner own trailer park lot rent is 480 a month they r putting in some new trailers idk if they r for sale or not far as I know no rentals in here

The park is under new ownership and they no longer offer any rental properties. As of September 2018, all rental homes have either been purchased by the renters, or they have been vacated and are being prepared for the new owners to sell. There are also several brand new 3br/2ba homes available. The park is now managed by Stackhouse Properties.
