I have lived here for 38 years and I've been very happy. It is a lovely Mobile Home Park, looks and feels more like a little community. My good experience could be because I own my trailer and don't have deal with any of the rental issues that would come up with a landlord. Through the years alot of people have sold their homes and Mr Monroe buys them and rents them out. I have just been very blessed to get decent neighbors whenever they change.

Clean trailer park affordable trailers but owner Mr Monroe it's someone who makes up his own rules as he goes example only can have two vehicles

I had a stroke and now I'm unable to work I can't get disability for some reason
He had at least 1 for rent past week
