The front desk staff were very pleasant, and the food area seemed sanitary and had a wide variety of choices. The rooms were clean, and when we checked the mattresses we saw that they had mattress protectors on it. However we noticed that some of the rooms features were a bit outdated compared to other hotels. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient and had many different stores in it's vicinity.

Hotel was under construction but the room was recent. Could have cleaned the bathroom a little better. The kids were really looking forward to the pool after the heat from Kennywood all day…. The indoor pool was not heated at all! 🥶 it was absolutely freezing!

Positive: This hotel is currently in the process of completing there remodeling project. The internal look is very fresh and updated modern look, which is vet appealing and efficient. Negative: 3 things would make this place an outstanding stay... 1. More signage to direct traffic and customers 2. Improve the breakfast offerings... 3. Create a signature item for customers to seperate your hotel from the others in the neighborhood..

We didn’t stay but we stopped by to use Lobby restroom. They are currently undergoing construction to fix some plumbing issues. Leah was so kind to let myself and kids use the one usable lobby restroom. We appreciated it!
