We lived here while we sold our house and were trying to find a new one! Great staff. Fun neighbors. Perfect pool. They have lots of activities and amenities. They gave us a care package when we moved in and we use the glass mug every day! Definitely recommend.

My husband & I toured the property today. We were helped by, Saige, who was a phenomenal guide. We dropped in without an appointment expecting that we may not be accommodated, yet we were helped on the spot. Saige was extremely knowledgeable about the community & available floor plans available meeting our needs. We were shown two different units & had the opportunity to explore much of the property. All the amenities were shown, including making a special trip to the bark park. The entire community was clean & secured in ways I hadn’t even considered being an asset before todays viewing. My husband was beyond wowed by the offering of refreshments from the well-stocked stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator in the model unit. It was literally full of every type of drink & a multitude of snacks of differing varieties. Nice touch, seriously. I’m typically the one with a thousand questions but I found I had nothing left to inquire about due to her thorough presentation. I never felt like I was being “sold,” nor did I feel her demeanor was a show or overly saccharine. Both my husband and I can’t wait to make The Davis our new home, especially being so close in proximity to our jobs in aviation. Also, the pictures online, the virtual tours, it was all spot-on in real life.

Honestly one of the best apartment complexes we have lived in. The staff from the front desk to maintenance is truly amazing. We haven’t had any problems in our 7 months of living there but if any concern came up, the leasing office would resolve it immediately. Even more thankful for the leasing consultant Jaime Cano. She helped us through every step of the move in process and even checks up on us every now and then. She’s a true asset to the team!

From start to finish, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Davis. Jessica was awesome. She made moving across the country in the middle of a pandemic as easy as can be. Unit was incredibly clean and modern. Upkeep around the complex was also excellent (including the pool). For my first luxury apartment, I was highly impressed. Friendly and welcoming community and would highly recommend to anyone.
