I’ve been living here 2 months now and wanted to wait in this review so I can make it as honest as I can first I want to say the front desk was awesome when we came even the maintenance man helped because the ey were short staffed that week and showed us the showing apt was as helpful as he could be fast forward to the application there were some questions and doubts I was still on maternity leave and my hubby had a broken lease on his record but they were able to still get us in and approved !! Fast forward to now I’ve lived in this area before and idk what changed but it is much quieter and not as buysy i love that the apt is gated and maintenance on the outside is on point the grass gets cut every 3 days u don’t see trash everywhere and it’s rare to see the trash cans full and over flowing I recently had my garbage disposal fixed and it took less than a week to fix after putting in a request !! The best part for me though has to be that their DOG FRIENDLY !! I’ve seen pits , German shepherd I myself have a husky!! I would def recommend !!!

They will not review your application, manager is rude. They will be quick to take your money. They And not even attempt to call you.The office staff definitely hate their jobs and it shows. They will give you a hard time tryna get in and are racist And besides this is a bad area anyway with lots of crime and shootings not safe it’s not worth it

This is a nice apartment. Management really does her job and is very welcoming. Maintenance is always on the job and he makes sure he gets everything done. They’re very prompt when you make request and I like that. They strive to take care of their residents apartment needs. They have a very nice playground with a soccer feild and water play. The Property Manager Ara is really nice and her customer service skills is A1. I really commend her for doing such a great job.

From day one Alexia Murillo has been Awesome, made applying simple and enjoyable. ALEXIA IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ALWAYS SMILING AND FRIENDLY.I super excited about moving in April 1st. Already met the maintenance crew which are super friendly n busy.

Make sure you go to the office and get a visitor pass for their car or it will be towed.
There very slow to get going, took them 3 months to fix a window.
It has been taken over by DIJ properties and its improving vastly. They have fixed the gates so the residents need key cards now, alot of the troublesome residents are slowly moving out or being removed. They are currently remodeling the laundry room and the child area outside. Any empty apartments are being remodeled and fixed with newer appliances and faux wood blinds and vinyl plank wood floors. I have been here and seeing the changes. Take a look for yourself and come see one. I'm actually happy to tell folks about it now. I wasnt ib the past.
