My 90 year old great aunt tried to use BayPath services for a few months a while back. The service was incredibly spotty, they could not find a consistent person to come clean her home or dole out her meds. She never did get the cell phone she was promised. She also had a manila envelope with $700 stolen from her home during the time they were servicing her home. We can't be sure, but I can assume that an employee stole from my elderly aunt.

I am a Case Manager for people living with ALS. I submitted a referral for an intake to the PCA Program on 6/6 and a nurse and OT are scheduled to visit the patient on 8/6 for further assessment. There are regulations (compassionate allowances, Terminal Illness TERI) that expedite the application process for people living with ALS considering the progressive, neurodegenerative nature of ALS. Baypath has not completed the PCA intake process for this ALS patient who has legitimate needs now and is fully eligible to receive benefits from the PCA Program.

I got in contact with Stella Lortie who is I guess what you would call there "admin administrator" and was treated very poorly. I felt as if she was belittling me when I was looking for basic answers. Please look for homecare elsewhere

This is by far the WORST company anyone can have. Not one of the workers nor the directors or managers do there jobs I have been fighting a case since the beginning of this year to be able to help my aunt. They apparently approved me but when it came to pay me ALL OF A SUDDEN my aunt was no longer active with her insurance absolutely not one person here knows how to do there jobs you ask a question or for a phone call back no one calls back... here it is 6 months later and i still haven’t gotten paid no one has contacted me or the surrogate and they expect me to do there work...I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!

Consumer Directed Care = CDC. Anyone in the state home care program can use this. It means you can hire your own caregiver and they get paid instead of using one of the homecare agencies.
