I have been a customer of CVS since moved here 2017.Most crew in front polite and corteous.In pharmacy half are as good as David who no longer there and another 2 spanish sisters and a shubby dark skin guy who always have a smile.Very few mistakes on a few refills, some delays with prescriptions and a lot of requiered authorizations that they don't follow up on and take forever even for antibiotics but usually I do not need them right the way so I am okey when going thru drive thru as I usually do who they don't have it ready I just come back.But tonight I arrive to Drive thru around 11:23 pm and is 11:44pm while I am writing this and lady dark skin with curly brown hair did not ask to wait until I waited about 4 mins and press the help bottom then she came and said she was preparing something for a customer and she will be back.When I arrived was only one car leaving in front of me.By the time she came back I had all 4 family members names with date of birth in a piece of napking and when she came back and I handle the napking she said that because the other person have only one person prescription pick up she was going to do theirs.I felt so dissañointed and upset as I waited so much.I let her knew when she came back without disrespect.She gave her explanation again.What really upset me and disapointed me was the fact of how she reacted when saw where 4 names.I had bought an ice cream for my son that got melted which melted my heart.And end up leaving with one prescription missing as she couldn't find it but I said don't worry I can come back other day maybe needs a new prescription.Never had an experience like this before and I hope never to repeated.25 mins wait was way too much for a drive thru.Either you need more employees for that shift or better customer that really care employees.She seemed careless aldo she did apologize for the wait when left.

This place is the worst. Prescriptions are NEVER ready on time when they say. Constantly slow and understaffed. Pharmacists are rude and disrespectful.

My husband needed antibiotics for a sinus infection. Went to doctor and they sent an electronic script to this pharmacy. He waited hours to go pick it up, and when he got there, no record of it at all being sent. He confirmed with doctor’s office it had indeed been sent. The solution CVS gave my husband in store was to have the doctor’s office call it in over the phone. I even called them, and the solution they gave me was the same thing: have the doctor’s office call it in over the phone. When the doctor attempted to call it in about 10 minutes later, CVS said to them “We are too busy”. I understand things are crazy with the pandemic and the rise in COVID cases, but this was unacceptable.

My physician filed an Ex to be filled at this location. There was a wait, while there were but a few customers lingering about. When my Ex was declared ready, the pharmacist reduced the number of pills in my prescription "by law" based on "lack of previous usage". She was told that I am a cancer patient, and she needed to call my Dr. to be sure this info AND ANY DEVIATIONS IN MY CARE are in the hands of MY physician, and not a pharmacist. The myopic interest in control of my medications rather than the patient OR Dr.(who wrote the prescription) is a perfect example of 2021. The concept that any medical professional would allow for any misconceptions about patient care lends itself to worse. My Dr. must take my word for being issued only a partial RX, with no refills, rather than be informed by the pharmacist every detail of how this situation occurred! Apalling!
