The counseling here was unremarkable but okay. They apparently are no good at data security, though, which I guess shouldn't be a surprise since the office didn't seem particularly organized even about basic stuff like scheduling of appointments and dealing with health insurance, so I doubt they had a very robust cyber security system in place. I haven't received counseling here for awhile, but recently received notice that my personal information may have been compromised in a data breach. There's plenty of pretty sensitive information involved in treating mental health, and for me this breach shows that Advocates can't be trusted to be a very good custodian of that information.

Kathleen Hoffman is by far the MOST AMAZING psychiatrist I’ve ever met/had! - she knows how to do her job and how to treat people and she does is VERY well, she has helped me, help myself; something NO other “ doctor/professional” has been able to do! More then grateful for her!

Absolutely horrible place that should be shut down, or at least seriously investigated. At least two people close to me are borderline suicidal right now due to their incompetent "therapy" and I have also known at least one person that they did push over that line :(

Brought my son there for counseling to help deal with my divorce, his counselor was extremely bias, making comments to my ex-wife about me, having met me 1 time and never talking to me. Lord only knows what she was saying to my 6 year old behind closed doors. Very unprofessional, we have pulled him from her care. She needs to learn to keep her opinions to herself.
