AVOID THIS AREA AT ALL COSTS. I’ve lived here for nearly 12 years and the management has gone downhill so badly it’s amazing actually. If you want to live in a mice infested apartment then you should rent here. Never in my life have I had mice issues, but for over a year we’ve seen mice EVERY WEEK. Yesterday before I fell asleep I heard a mouse in my BEDROOM climbing on the curtains. I called the next day immediately and all they said was that pest control comes every Wednesday and that I’ll have to wait a whole other week. How can I go to sleep knowing there’s mice in my room? Dept of Health definitely wouldn’t like the sound of that. Not to mention the hot water issues we all deal with during the summer. Last summer we didn’t have hot water for THREE DAYS. Oh, and since management is too cheap to fix any exterior leaks we now have to deal with extreme leak and water damage issues on the carpet and ruining our furniture anytime there’s a heavy rain storm. The maintenance ppl know of this issue but management denies their tickets to get the issue fixed. Neighbors talk, and unfortunately there’s people that have it worse but management takes advantage of them due to a language barrier. I am counting down the days until my lease is up. Trust me there’s more horrible stories from neighbors, but I could write a book with these stories. AVOID THIS COMPLEX AT ALL TIMES.

I recently moved into the complex and have found it to be less than satisfying. I hate leaving one star reviews but I feel that it's appropriate in this matter. The apartment website advertises fully furnished kitchens, among other things. But when I moved in, I found that my apartment did not have a microwave. Now, while this issue alone isn't enough to justify a one star review, I notified the management office who simply said that some homes do not come with a microwave. I, then, asked if maintenance had extras that I could use and was promised that someone would get back in touch with me. I have yet to hear anything. I am also missing an entire screen for a window and have reported that to the leasing office as well, but have heard nothing back in regards to a solution. When I first moved in to the apartment, it was absolutely disgusting. I find it hard to believe that anything had been cleaned before I moved in and deep cleaned the entire area myself. I have also experienced issues with hot water and the water pressure in my apartment. The laundry situation is also a nightmare. In the building that I currently live in, there are two washers and two dryers. Only one washer and dryer work. I notified the management office but was told that it was the residents' responsibility to rectify the issue with CSC Service Works (the company that leases the machines). But even after sending in a service request with that company AND receiving a notification that maintenance had been completed, the machines still do not work. I've found the experience here to be an overall disappointment and would absolutely recommend finding housing elsewhere. The Marlborough area is wonderful and there is plenty to do but the Meadows management and the stagnant state of the buildings leaves a lot to be desired.

I am a current resident at The Meadows at Marlborough. the current owner of this complex has no clue how to handled maintenance of the unit. I live in my apartment for 3 years, now i have mice, since yesterday the whole complex has not heat, and apparently we have to wait another day to be fixed. Please, if you are looking for an apartment to live not here on less you like to be harass by the Property Mgr., or if you need a service requested wait at least two day or even more to have a professional do it. These people comes from Atlanta Georgia they are clueless of the state law in MA that protect the tenants, as you can see I have no heat

Yes, but only 2 br, and although they say heat included, but in truth it's run by electricity and that is tenants responsibilitie, and it is expensive.
I'm sorry I don't speak that language. Can ask in English? I will be glad to answer.
No. Only 1 and 2 bedrooms apartments.
