Unfortunately I needed to update my review. At the begin it looked good with a good sells women telling all “great things” provided by the condo but after moved in we noticed how mess it have been look like. Dumpster overflowing much probably with a ton of mice soon. Horrible maintenance specially in the apartments, if you need one call 1 month advance to try to have some one fixing up it. Old residents who are moving out for those reasons told us that they switched the administration to a cheaper company to save money, so it looks like they are reeeeally saving money not doing the basics and than it becomes upside down. We moved to here considering those old good reviews probably from the old administration too. But unfortunately now we noticed it wasn’t a good choice. Stop by and try to talk to any resident maybe walking out and ask for an actual reference.

It have been good living here but unfortunately recently it’s not really good. Take a look at the dumpster area, glass bottles broken on ground and a lot of trash out of the dumpster because it’s to stuffed as the pictures shows.

The Orchards Apartments is a nice, well maintained residence in a safe community with friendly neighbors and staff. As a newer resident, I look forward to living here.
