My experience with the shop went like this. I scheduled an appointment with Thiago that was for two weeks later because of how busy the shop was. I was told I would receive a call a couples of days before the appointment to confirm everything. I never received that call. I personally called the shop and left messages but never received a call back. I had taken time off of work for this appointment and I had to scramble around to find another bike shop that would take me. The other bikes shops I reached out to were also backed up and if I knew the first shop I reached out to was going to be unreliable I would have gone elsewhere. You won’t find this name in your system and I’m not looking for your apology. I was looking to get my bike worked on. If you were up front and said you had too much work I would have went elsewhere in the beginning. Instead my time was wasted and I lost money due to taking time off from work. It is unfortunate because I lived in the city and was look forward to having a shop not far from my house. I’ve now found a fantastic bike shop who delivers on their promises.
