Fine enough, but it’s no spring chicken. If you can afford the extra 30-45 minutes to a beach along the eastern seaboard, do it.

It's a great beach, lifeguards on summer, grills are not allowed, however, they have grills on site, really nice white sand, warm water, free parking for Marlborough residents. Great beach, guarded in summer. Barbecue grills are not allowed, warm water and white sand beach, free parking for Marlborough residents.

Is the parking lot open?
Not sure but I went a week prior and it was swim at your own risk... no life guards or rope barrier
You have to be a resident of Marlborough to park.Then you can enjoy the beach.
