It's a nice looking bank with nice furnishings, but not well-staffed. There is usually only one teller working and the rest of the employees are sitting in offices and working on whatever. I've received numerous cold calls from those same Chase employees trying to get me to sign up for their "Private Client" service and every time I tell them to stop calling, but the calls continue.

The swift code for Chase Bank is CHASUS33. You can call any branch, the customer service line, or Google because the SWIFT code is the same for all accounts at Chase.
