Very rude and prejudice didn't want to cash my check stating that I needed to have a check from their bank wrong also didn't want to take my rolls of change very empty very nasty employees all mexicans barely speak English no other color works here

This is the worst branch in the system. Avoid at all costs. Know one in business banking has a clue. Booked an appointment online, showed up and the looked at me like I was crazy. I’ve been a customer for 20 years. This has happened to me at least three times. Simply the worst.

WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD… POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went there on a Saturday (supposed to open at 9) I arrived around 10am bc I take public transportation & when I arrived I guess the employees were locked out, but there was a locksmith working on the door. When I asked for help from the associates they all were being lazy & telling me to go to other locations. I let them know I take public transportation but the taller dark hair Latina started getting all in my personal space and repeatedly started telling me I can’t wait by the door. I was willing to be patient, I just don’t have a car where am I supposed to wait? She didn’t like when I started ignoring her when I had my headphones on so she started waving in my face. Once the locksmith got the door open, she told me she refused to help You obviously needa hire people who actually want to be working and are professional.

With the recent branch closings it should be anticipated by Wells Fargo to staff up for the overflow of walk ins. The line I once again find myself in is 20+ with 3 tellers taking around almost 10 minutes + per transaction. My time is just as valuable and while patience is considered it does not sway my opinion of the Bank’s failure to plan well. My time is equally important.
