Boomerang's Gourmet Burger Joint

Just discovered the Boomerang Gourmet Burger joint. My first impression was the very tasteful decor, homey without being corny, the liquor bottles are stored in beautiful black windowed cases displaying them in a stylish way, rather than the usual mirrored shelves, making a bar look classy rather than a "tacky bar" look.. looks more like a country, comfortable dining room. The food is great, the menu quite creative. The owner, José, a fun-loving, entertaining and savvy businessman, who definitely found his calling. A great cross-section of customers, young/old, varried economic, social, racial, religious demographics... Excellent example of Tolerance. I'm hooked!

Super dry, unseasoned burgers. I ordered medium, got medium well, fries were stall, unseasoned. I think only thing with flavor were the two pickle slices the put on the side.

Always great food at Boomerang's, enjoying a Mango Mai Tai, delicious, I think I justight have to have another. We love Boomerang's great service, Burgers,drinks,music, atmosphere. Thank you Boomerang's fully bellies,smiles and lots of bubbles
