Great bank! Main reason for joining Axos was I had a horrible experience with Bank of America’s customer support, that plus them charging monthly fees and the occasional overdraft fee?! I had enough. So when I found Axos, knowing they had 1) No monthly fee 2) No Overdraft fee (because it works as a normal debit card should, and just refuses the transaction if there’s not enough in the account; I knew this was the bank to sign up for! Another perk is Evo, their customer support system; gone are the days of having to wait hours on the phone to workout an issue; talking about you BofA! So long story short if you’re looking for a good no fee checking account, that even pays a bit of interest; Axos is the way to go! Reason for owner’s reply is I had a bit of an issue depositing some checks from my grandmother. But, the right thing was done eventually; since I did have all the documentation proving who I was, the situation of grandmother no longer living, etc. It was definitely a bit frustrating, but thank you Axos for really evaluating my case and doing the right thing. Thank you.

My partner and I embarked upon purchasing a home together this summer. This when we contacted Michael Thomas at Axos Bank. Over the course of several months, Michael worked with us diligently to explain the process, and provide support along the way. Given this was my first experience with purchasing a home, he ensured he was always clear and transparent about the process - clearly explaining and simplifying any jargon Michael worked meticulously, and always provided his availability to ensure we were informed of what was occurring every step of the way. Due to Michael's clear communication skills and highly specialized domain specific knowledge. we felt comfortable to obtain funding from Axos bank. We have no doubt that we will be doing business with Axos bank again, as Michael ensured the process was smooth. Along the way we also faced a couple of roadblocks, however with the support of Michael, he went above and beyond to make sure we were able to obtain the funding needed for the home we fell in love with. After our experience with Michael, we are grateful we connected with him and hold Axos Bank in high regard due to his professionalism and dedication.

Tried to open business account. Extremely difficult process. They began calling my utility company trying to get info from them. None of their business! Absolutely ludicrous invasion of privacy. Luckily my utility company told them no and to not call them again. Axos ended up cancelling my business account / application with no communication. Very rude on the phone. DONT BANK HERE!

To change a password, log in to your account, then follow this path: Profile & Settings > Login & Security > Password. Select the pencil icon to the right of Password and you'll be prompted to enter your current password and then the new password.

Hello Gracia. Axos is N26’s U.S. banking partner and the issuer of the N26 debit card. However, we do NOT service N26's accounts. If you have an N26 account, you need to work directly with N26 on servicing your account. Thank you.
You can initiate wire transfers through the online portal. If you put in the request this weekend, I would follow up with a call on Monday to confirm it can will be complete by the 4th.
