Very disgusted with the tellers at this branch. My grandmother is very mobile but sometimes needs a few minutes to remember what she came in for. The people at this branch were very rude with her and told her to leave and that she was in the way. They couldn't even give her a few minutes of sympathy to process? Treat people with respect. The tellers at this branch need more training.

Last 6 months anytime I visit this branch, no matter the time of day, line to the door with 3 tellers max. Tellers are sweet but it’s always 30-60 mins wait.

I like wells fargo open saturdays till 12.atm have a larger per day limit on cash you can take out of your acct.they work with you on difficult transactions

During the first half of any month I come here almost everyday to drop deposits for my business. They USED to be fully staffed and efficient. However over the course of the last month or two, there seems to be 15-20 people in line at any given time and only 1 or 2 tellers. I frequent the banke between the hours of 12-3pm generally. The line will be all the way out the door and no staff. I waited in line 40 minutes the other day. Currently standing in line with only 2 people ahead of me and have waited 20 minutes. Their efficiency is lacking as is their engagement with customers offering an apology . After today I will no longer visit this branch. I’ll go to the branch on friars road. Get it together. The management needs to be rearranged.
