Living here is fine, but God forbid you need to call the office for ANYTHING. Just go on ahead, grab your mask, and walk over there. They don't answer or call u back. They're nice once you establish contact tho. Updating after move out: Office staff is a revolving door. Cayley was there, then left, and I was so glad when she came back: she is just the sweetest. Only person I really ever wanted to speak to in there. When I came to tour, I was shown an upgraded unit. When I signed, they said that unit was taken and they put me in another unit that was not updated at all - old appliances, old counters; whatever, I needed a place.

Protective Dad Pranks

This place is a scam! My daughter applied and paid $300 to have their application reviewed. Her husband has a deferred record and they treated him like a felon! He legally has to say no on his application and yet they treated him terribly. They need to refund their application fee! It is not right to charge this and then keep peoples money! And FYI the lady Karen I believe is her name is just RUDE! I personally spoke to her! I hope people read this review and go somewhere else! Terrible office staff!

Been here over 2 months. I like the apartment layout but the 6am truck cranking up every weekday, neighbors not cleaning up after their dogs, and the nightly invasion of roaches the size of my thumb into my apartment, is a bit too much.

We have been here two years. Good staff , Dawn Bledsoe and her team have been great to work with. The views are great (I love seeing the pool out my window every day). The gym is always clean, well-cared for, and usually not that busy. Overall the entire walk ways and swimming pool were amazing being renovated in recent past. I believe the new owner takes care of the overall apartment very well. The location is awesome. It’s quiet and peaceful. We rarely if ever hear our neighbors. And it’s close to freeway and major supermarkets. We always have enough parking. Apartment finishing are decent. Our apartment’s floors are ceramic tile and carpet, and from my point. just fine. However, the countertops and appliances are pretty decent. Lighting could be better (you can always bring/install your own lighting fixtures/lamps) but due to the large windows I don’t feel the necessity of more lights. Overall, it’s pretty great finishing for the area, view, and price. Recently we got Spectrum internet at 100 MBPS along with TV services , a great addition to this apartment. The apartment is having a very strong maintenance team and their turn around is very quick, I never had any complaint with them. Many times, they help beyond their way. Also, I wanted to mention the friendly mails sent to resident every week on different happenings. I've seen Dawn and her team put in amazing efforts into transforming this community and she's doing a wonderful job!!” . Overall the management is truly caring and so everything in their power to accommodate their residents. I am happy to live here!!
