Well .. I have been here since 2014. There has been 4 managers in my 8 years of residency. Mr Bennie Warren was the Best of the Best. He listened to his tenants problems, complaints and concerns. He absolutely loved his residents and gave and did all he could to make our Apts a happy home. Not to mention all the love He gave to the children of Candle Chase. He made sure they were made to feel loved safe and at home with daily activities, monthly Birthday Parties, after school snacks, games and rewards that made them feel special. He also made the Seniors feel honored with a special kind of support and safety. He wanted to make Candle Chase a one of a kind family friendly and safe place to call home. I have never known an Apt Mgr to be so dedicated, loving and professionally inclined. He definitely could not be replaced and will truly be missed. My rating was not reflected on Management. I give the 3☆s because the Ownership is very poorly. Every Apt complex in this Prestigious area has had some kind of UPGRADES!! CANDLE CHASE IS DESPERATELY IN NEED OF A FACE- LIFT. If I were one of these home- owners I would absolutely get a petition going because these homes are tooo beautiful for Candle Chase to be so trashed out!! DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEM .. BESIDES RAISE THE RENT COME ON CITYGATE!!! YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS!

I’ve been here for a few months and I can say its an amazing place, Case the maintenance guy is the best Bennie the apt manager works with you and ensures safety. All the neighbors get along, this is something that helps me breathe at night. Thank You Candle Chase

Although I don't live here my sister and her family do. When we first met Mr. Bennie it was an amazing feeling, as if he was part of your family. This man did not talk above your head he spoke so that my sister would understand before we left the office he restated the information again about leasing he made sure we understood how the process went and what all documentation we need also how much money we had to turn in. Hands down for Candle Chase for picking this manager. Each time that I cone visit my family I have found this man outside watering flowers, helping his manutenance throw away furniture and walking around (not sure if he trying to get his steps in) lol but at any rate Mr. Bennie from me thank you for keeping my sister whom is a single mom with kids safe we love you and you are the best keep doing what you do to make Candle Chase a better community.

My aunt Willena has lived here for over 18 years. She is still happy with it. She has had opportunities to move elsewhere, but she loves the staff and the friends she has made there. There is never a parking problem. Everyone is friendly. I never see bugs in her apartment, as they spray often. Great job Candle Chase!
