I hardly ever leave reviews, but I just wanted to say how great the staff at Park Creek Apartments were to me, especially the new assistant Steve. He spent a lot of time answering my questions, helping me through the process, and showing us the grounds, which are impressive. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Thank you, Steve, for really making me feel comfortable and helping me to visualize myself living at Park Creek.

I can speak enough about how great an experience it was applying and moving in to this community. Lakesha was an absolute pleasure to work with. The maintenance team alone would cause me to give a 5 star review. They are friendly, professional and are quick to get to your maintenance items. I had a few small items that needed their attention and they were able to get to them the day after I submitted my ticket. The grounds are being improved, the remodeled pool area just opened up and is beautiful with new chairs, seating areas and 2 grilling areas with sinks. Can't wait for the new fitness room door to be installed so we can use that area outside of business hours. I am glad I decided to move here and look forward to enjoying all the improvements to come.

Beautiful club house and complex. The onsite maintenance guys keep the grounds clean and always respond to fix things quickly. I am so happy they got a new assistant and things seem to be moving in a positive direction. The new assistant manager Steven is phenomenal, he is very kind and always so helpful and is quick to resolve any issues you may have! Would absolutely recommend this community as a future home!

This place will take your rent every month, and they wont hassle you much (if at all). The maintenance crew has always been awesome. The office people might be a bit hard to get ahold of, but they are very helpful. Now for the bad: This gated community will leave its main entrance open all through the night. There are no security cameras in the parking lot either. I've had my catalytic converters stolen from this lot and have seen suspicious people driving around at all hours of the night. They are under construction, and that was the main reason they gave for not closing the gate at night. Look at crime maps and you will see this place stands out among all the other neighborhoods. Would avoid until they start upgrading their security. Also, the amenities have been under construction for 8 months (also noted by another reviewer below). Trash service is inconsistent. YOU ARE PAYING for all of this in your rent. Again, good place to live, nice home layouts, friendly staff. Just needs more security.
