What does it take to get someone working here, ANYONE to respond to an active duty service member moving from another country, back to the States to answer/reply to numerous phone calls? As well, reply to several emails for basic assistance for filling out an application. If they even reply to this with any type of counter, don't believe it. I wouldn't waste my time from my job out here to write this if it weren't true. I don't even like complaining. But this has just been a very unprofessional ordeal. The website currently doesn't even allow an application to be filled out. And no one has even cared to respond to me or my loved ones in the States who are contacting them about this issue.

I saw these pictures online and drove all the way from New Orleans to see them and let me tell you, these are NOTHING like the pictures. I came on a day where the office was closed and had no problems getting in because the gates don’t even work. These apartments are filthy. All the doors look beaten. There were even doors with crowbar marks. There’s no grass or plants like the pictures. There’s holes everywhere. I was scared walking around. I don’t understand why they call these Luxury. Trust the reviews, these couldn’t be anything further from luxury. The apartments in downtown New Orleans look safer and cleaner then what I saw here. Run. Just run

This place is the furthest thing from a luxury apartment. -20 stars if I could rate it that. It is overpriced for what they offer, I have very good friends that live here and I had looked at it myself and was horrified. All the amenities do not work, all the gates are constantly broken when I visit. The grounds are very unsafe and filthy, with homeless sleeping on the ground floor or yelling at you for no reason. After the freeze, the building started to fall apart, and still has holes and cracks on every wall, and ceiling on every floor. Parking garage is unsafe and not at all secured. There have been multiple vehicle break-ins, and my friends motorcycle was stolen within the first two months and then his other motorcycle was knocked over and the person just left the scene. Maintenance is no help and never responds to requests plus the office staff it’s nothing but rude and does absolutely nothing to help especially after what they have the audacity to charge for rent and still charge for the amenities that still can’t be used, and they still charge for trash pickup at your door but haven’t been picking up trash in over a year. Do not move into these apartments, you will just waste your time, money and patience. This is not by any means luxury and is just a small breeze away from crumbling to the ground.

Anything but luxury. Since we have lived here over 7 vehicles have been broken into that I know of, my motorcycle was stolen within the first 2 months of living here, and my second motorcycle was hit in the parking garage. Of course the person didn’t stick around to see who’s it was. My wife doesn’t feel safe living here and neither do I. Absolute worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. None of the amenities work at all, the elevators have been out of service for almost our entire lease, the apartment gates never work longer than a couple days, the gym has never been open, there are raccoons in the ceiling on the entire third floor because of all the construction they’re doing, you can smell the animal urine from the third floor coming off of the turf dog park that never get washed, and there are homeless people sleeping in the hallways of the apartment. There’s is absolutely nothing luxurious about these apartments.
