We have a New Manager by the Name of Shannon, she has ONLY been working here for 3 weeks, Shannon will take the time out of schedule to listen to her residents, She keeps her word about calling you back and keeping you in the loop while addressing Your NEEDS and Concerns. I signed my lease renewal in January and All I wanted was for Lofton Place Apts to clean my carpet and resurface my tub, Shannon has been here 3 weeks and She has address both of my issues from having a conversation with her last week on Thursday Today is Wednesday and everything I ask Shannon to do has been completed 🙂 Shannon I've been living here for a year, Where have you been? I wish they would've brought you here a year ago, because I know for a fact that Lofton Place Apts would have been a much better place to call home if you were the manager. 💯💯💯💯💯 Thank You for Caring about Your Residents👏 Melissa Coker ❤

This place is great! They handle any problems that are reported quickly. Baylee in particular has been wonderful to deal with and I’m thankful they helped give me a great living experience! I didn’t have any bug problems and they worked with me when I needed to move out a little early! Management and staff are so pleasant and I would recommend living here any time!! I do think negative comments about this place are circumstantial, and I feel many people are impatient. Being short staffed is a problem for all companies and apartment complexes right now and I understand they are doing what they can as fast and efficient as they can!

ALL PREVIOUS NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE TRUE!!!I was going to wait till after I moved to post me review but I feel like now is the right time. I have been staying here since October and I have already put in my 60 day notice, which says a lot its self. I wouldn't say don't move here but if you asked me this a week ago I would say avoid at all cost. I have had issues after issues since I moved in. It started with the issue getting denied for negative rental history which I have NEVER had any negative rental history. It took over a month for them to fix this issues which they sent my old apartment rental verification with the wrong name. Then it was time to move in, I called the apartments on 4 different times to let them know that my lease amount was wrong. I was told to go ahead and sign the lease and they would make me a new lease. Which I can say I knew better than to do that. However, at the time I didn't have a place to stay because it took so long for Lofton Place to fix my application. After moving in my apartment was no where near move in ready. I had electricity problems, issues with things in my apartment being broken or not finished. Daniel did nothing to try to fix any of these issues. It was always I am the problem and he never owned up to anything that the apartments did wrong. However, the new manager here is awesome, I've been having issues with my electricity for 5 days. Once I finally got to talk to her she did everything that a manger in customer service is supposed to do. I can say that I feel like she can make these apartments better but my opinion in these apartments are nothing but negative.I have been ready to move since I signed my lease, but I was going to try to hold on until my lease ended but I can't deal with it anymore. If I am paying for somewhere to stay I would like it to be somewhere I enjoy.

That sucks thank god i love hot water but uh they are a little hood my boyfriend trailer got stolen... Right by the maintance apartment...dude say he have a camera came the before to check out who was at the trailer knows it was my boyfriends and when he realized it was him so how the hell u didnt see it getting took
