I came to Churchill as my last stop after spending the entire day apartment hunting and was immediately greeted by Kelsey who had the warmest personality! She did an amazing job showing me every amenity and answered my long list of questions. The atmosphere and environment of the office, and the way Kelsey immediately made me feel like a friend rather than another sell, was refreshing and, neeedless to say, I will absolutely be leasing here. Thank you, Kelsey!

I applied and was approved for an apartment. Then I picked up extra hours at work during Breast Cancer Awareness month and was denied for making “too much money.” I called and left a message, begging them to reconsider because this was a once a year thing and they ghosted me. I lost my job because of medical reasons and found another job paying considerably less. I am about to be homeless and called them to try and get back on the waitlist and the phone number is not in service. On another review the owner instructed someone to call a different number. I called that number and it was for a completely different complex and they could not help me.

I have called & left several messages to get on waiting list. I just wanted to know "how to get on the list". That was it.

When I had first moved in these apartments everything was PERFECT! The office staff and the residents were the sweetest people In the world. They made me feel right at home. The office Manager Tammy was here my entire 8 months living here but had a accident and had to take some time off. Once she got out of the office we received a new lady named Jamie. When Tammy was here if there was ever an issue she would take care of it in a blink of an eye and made us feel good about everything. Now that Jamie is here this place is going down the drain. There has been Flea, and Rodent problems every night. From being rats and raccoons outside by our sidewalks to fleas and snakes inside the residents apartments! A resident had a black crows nest on her balcony and had panicked asking for help from the office and Jamie's response was "okay, ill try to fit you in sometime next week. Until then you can take care of it your self!" knowing the lady her self and other residents had young toddlers running around! There was a incident with the pool pump last week that caused the office to close the pool for a little over a week during the summer. Residents politely called trying to get information regarding when the pool and when it was going to re open and Jamie's response was "if you all would stop messing with the pumps I'd be open right now " completely avoiding our question. There's a ton of other ways that situation could've been handled. The list just keep going on and on! I wouldn't suggest anyone coming to these apartments unless you want your apartment and animals covered in fleas!! I can't express how much problems keep coming up since JAMIE got here. I understand that there's things you can't control but there's way you should talk your residents (I MYSLEF AND ANOTHER 30+ RESIDENTS CAN BACK UP EVERYTHING I'M SAYING IS TRUE) !! BRING TAMMY BACK!!!!!!!
