Great maintenance crew and staff, with wonderful customer service. Prices don't match the apartment. Plus no security and not enough cameras to keep cars from being stolen or vandalized. Crime has risen highly since they let the security guy go, yet the prices continue to go up.. They were supposed to have a live-in officer which never happened and yet still didn't bring the security guard back. How that makes sense is mind boggling to say the least. The complex owners only care about profit. They only allow low-income in because it's a guaranteed rent check every month from the government. Not because they care for the people needing a home. If they really cared lots of things would be different. Lot's of people drive carelessly through the parking lot. The people who live in the duplexes are constantly kicking out fence panels and walking through. Lot's of people have restricted dog breeds living here that aren't supposed to be here. Our newest neighbor is one of them and his dog literally barks all day and they keep it chained on the back porch when they're not home. Which isn't allowed either. There are too many people around here with low morals and low integrity that have moved in over the past year. Sad because alot of good people are leaving and the ones who can't have to suffer. This was great when we first moved in back in 2016. Quail Ridge has done nothing but go down hill and increase the prices. Unfortunately many feel the same way, they just don't have options to leave. Thankfully we do. Our time here we won't forget and are thankful for the good times and people, but it's time to close this chapter and move on. Hope things turn around and others can enjoy it though.
