I moved 2 years ago. I moved as soon as my lease was up. The area was terrible to live in. Shooting every other night. My hot water never worked. The air barely worked. I had a roach problem. The parking lot was full of pot holes and it was always trashy. Every bad comment on here in the absolute truth. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here.

Last night the apartment above decided to move out and flood the apartment. No emergency number to call, the fire department and the police had to stop the water. I was able to speak to the leasing assistant (Iza) at 8:20am in person even though the office opens at 9am. Iza said she had to wait for the Property Manager (Castillo) to see what could be done about the issue. …….. I WAITED ALL MORNING and then finally walked up to the office. I had to sit and wait for her to stroll in the office at 11:15!!!!!! Along with all the other major issues in my apartment, mold, air filter, wasps nest. The Castillo went to casually talk to me and I was furious. I believe the property manager (Margarita)is the one who stepped in as she recognized me. Margarita is now trying to get me into a new apartment if that happens I will stay. But whoever is running that office does not know what they’re doing and is not taking their job seriously…….

I have been a resident here since this past November. Since the new property management has taken over they have really been cleaning up the place. The staff is wonderful . The girls in the front office are really sweet . If I have an issue Miss Maggie always makes sure it gets taken care of in a timely manner.. It’s affordable my neighbors are not a bother everybody pretty much stays to themselves . i am very comfortable living here . 👍🏼

These apartments are awful you never know if you will have hot water. My friend's has been there 3years and i don't know why she has had roaches the whole three years and they paint over the bathtub instead of replacing it also the structure is failing. They shouldn't be raising anyone's damn Rent.
Embrace it as a sign telling you. Don’t live here.
Not exactly sure what you mean by second chance, but they do look at credit and rental history depending on your credit score and rental background they may require additional deposits.
It works like this say if your apt is 310 you do this 0310# then wave it at the blue light and the gate will open
