The 60 dollars a day fot late fees on rent is crazy

These apartment are trash they are charging me over four grand for moving out. They know why I moved out my apartment was infested with bed bugs I even pulled one out of my ear with a q-tip smh! I’m hiring a attorney I kept all my pictures and they aren’t getting a dime from me.. manager paid for first treatment and wanted me to come out of pocket they full of it.. beware do not move here. And don’t sit here and say y’all have professional pest control cause they ain’t worth a damn. To find a bed bug in my ear was disgusting and you can’t say I brought them with me cause I never had them in apartment 1 on other side of apartments. I’m going to fight to the fullest to get this issue taken off my credit best believe that this is redicoulous expect someone to continue to live in them conditions knowing damn well I have seven kids living with me ummm no I made the right decision and you knew why

I have lived in this property for a couple of years and I love my unit it's large and spacious Theirs lots of parking space two per apt unless you have more vehicles you won't be lucky. Staff is always nice and helpful always trying to keep up with this place. I see here alot of complains about roaches and mice I had the problem before but it's are responsibility too not only property remember you get what you pay for , so don't expect more if you are paying such a lower price, be reasonable ....

This apt. Complex is trash. Run down. The apartments inside aren't too bad, just really old. You can never find a parking spot either. All bills paid but its super section 8.
