When can you buy recreational?

Recreational licenses will be issued next month. Recreational sales can be made as early as July 1st, but it's unlikely most providers will be ready by then. Most likely, late summer will be the earliest revolutionary clinics and others will be able to sell recreational cannabis. Edit 9/26/18: According to the cannabis control commission, final inspections are taking place. Marijuana establishments like revolutionary clinics may have final adult-use retail licenses by late October or November, but it remains to be seen how long the process will take.
