I believe they stopped selling high CBD strains which tend to help with that. At least in flower they don't sell it. Makes me wonder how they can claim to be a clinic.
Yes. Very much so.
Indica is great for pain management. They have patches for pain, also 8:1, 4:1, 2:1, 1:1 CBD:THC products: tinctures, salves, gummies, etc. Lotsa great pain options.
It might help. MMJ affects everyone differently, so the only way to know for sure is to try. You can get CBD products in several stores without needing a MMJ card. CBD is the cannabinoid that can help with chronic pain, and it doesn't give you a 'high'.
Everybody's different u have too try it yourself.
Due to the limited research they exists around cannabis at this time, the best answer you can trust right now is "It might!" Each product is different and will affect each person differently. There are many mmj patients who use it for chronic pain of various kinds, but the best option is to speak with an mmj recommending physician who can shed a little more light on what may work for your specific condition.
