Terrible experience (as others have cited) on a recent Saturday visit. The clerk was extremely rude and unfriendly, and while all of us were in line way before 2pm, she yelled to us all that we should know better than to come to the post office “so late” on a Saturday. Why should we know better if the establishment closes at 2? She refused to help me with mailing my package and refused to let me step to the side to correct my “mistake” and mail the package after 30 minutes in line. Truly some of the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. And I really hate to give the USPS a bad review! But, she was truly horrible. Would avoid this location if you can - which is clearly what this woman wants as she made it pretty clear that she doesn’t want people frequenting her USPS location

Quick and friendly - thanks guys! Updated to say, the poor employee single-handedly managing the wicked line on Dec 18, the Christmas priority shipping deadline, handled it really well and deserves a bonus and a tropical vacation.

As a regular seller of items online, I make trips to the post office multiple times per week. The office is small, efficient and conveniently located. I see a lot of folks complained about disgruntled workers. In my experience the employees are always super friendly to me.

I came here with my friend to get her passport documents in. On Saturdays you need an appointment for passport applications so we showed up to our appointment 15 minutes early and were served as soon as we made it to the counter. The woman who helped us, I believe her name was Sadie, was very knowledgeable about the process and handled my friend's situation (name and gender marker change) seamlessly. My friend, who had tried to submit her application at a few other post offices before, said that she thought Sadie was the most knowledgeable of the post office workers she had dealt with before.
