We just moved in last week, and thus far everything has been top notch. The folks in the Leasing Office, primarily Paola but also Katriana, have been great setting us up with everything. The apartment was squeaky clean when we moved in, despite the previous tenant only vacating a few days prior. It's also an amazing location, with dozens of restaurants and stores literally seconds away. I can't say anything but positive praise about the building and the staff.

We had a terrible experience living here. Even though we ended up living at this place longer due to Covid. Some staffs (Olivia) were good, others were terrible (Cassendra). Cassendra sent us cease or desist notice because our one year old made sound while he was walking on the floor. She asked us to guide our one year old all the time and make sure it does not make sound while he moves around the building. You will always hear outside noise; the noise of the train, aero plane, music outside the building, units above you. The building is poorly constructed so sound proofing is terrible. The room that we stayed was hot, you have to run cooling during the winter months, yes winter months. Even though it is smoke free building, you will smell the cigarette smoke in the corridors. The maintenance staffs were relatively fast but most of the staffs were very rude. Only positive aspect here was location, closer to assembly row station, and mystic river park area. I would never recommend this place.

Through every step along our way to becoming Avalon community members, Kat and the staff of Avalon at Assembly Row have offered stellar service, proactive communication, and essential follow-up. When we had a special request, Kat went above and beyond for us. She absolutely made it easier and reduced our stress! The apartment and community are great so far - likely due in no small part to the wonderful folks here. Each staff member we've encountered has been friendly, welcoming, and service-focused. Thanks again to all of you - and most especially Kat!

Toured the community with Amanda and was very impressed! Assembly row is an amazing area to live with so many things to do! The apartments are in the heart of the action. Great pool deck area!
