I had to get my passport photo taken and application shipped from this location - the clerk who helped me was very friendly and efficient in making sure I had everything I needed and shipping it off for me! Overall a great experience mid-day on a Friday.

Not very helpful with special cases. We wanted to know if we could find any solution to a passport application that has been delayed for a while (8+ weeks without any notification of receipt), and the clerk was not able to look at the situation in any other way. I wanted to see if the package was delivered or received, and the clerk said, "it has arrived." without any proof saying that the package has arrived. I wanted to get an inquiry for a money order, to see if the charges have been processed to track down the transaction, but the clerk was dismissive and would not let me start a money order inquiry. My possession of US naturalization card is on the line, and the clerk did not care at all about the situation. He only reiterated that the package is delivered and I should not get anxious. 2 weeks have passed, and my intuition became correct as the passport application is still not found in the US government system, and I would have to confront the USPS to see if it is on their end that the package has been delivered and if the money order has been processed.

If I could give this post office a - rating I would. The female worker who was there today at 1:45 pm was so unbelievable rude and seemed bothered by me asking her a simple question about money orders and shipping. So sorry I’m asking you a question about your job that you signed up to do.

I tried to talk to a supervisor and the woman (or the character) on the phone refused and began to yell at me, demanding to get the tracking number. I said I had already asked to track my packages down in a different USPS office and that the told me to speak with a delivery supervisor. She then asked why I did? (WTF??? Is she mentally impaired ?). I just need to know why my package is being sent to Chelsea and back to Somerville in a loop mode.
